So, if you hate scary movies, I would recommend never seeing Paranormal Activity. :)

- Hi, My name’s Avi. This blog is about a pair of nerds who met, fell in love, got crazy, bought a condo together, got engaged, adopted an adorable pug, and tackle the normal day to day struggles of a demanding schedule, interesting family members, going back to school, mortgage payments, and our love for grocery stores and clearance items. I lost both of my parents 5 years ago in a fire, and have siblings that I’m attempting to rebuild my relationship with. My fiance has been an amazing partner and he was, at first, someone I knew that I could be friends with and share my obsession of Thai food, odd techy gadgets, spotting Indian people who love to stare at us (because I’m with the white guy), and celebrity gossip with. He’s my partner, my best friend, the love of my life, and just so happens to be a doctor. The odds are good that, on any given day, we're pretty exhausted. I’ve been sober for four years, happily relationshipped for over three, and savoring this second chance at life. I don’t plan on screwing it up…!

Thanks for the heads up. A couple friends wanted to see it next weekend but I think I might pass in favor of seeing Toy Story in 3-D. :)
Okay I went to the 10:30pm showing and when I got home, I was so freaked out because all the lights were off and I was alone and I'm still alone. I'm scared to turn off the lights and go to bed. I might as well just use this time wisely and study. haha.
mc - Dude, don't feel bad. I'm not embarrassed at all to admit that J and I slept with the lights on the night that we saw it. lol...
firefly - I'm just not a fan of scary movies. I like ghost shows because they are fun and somewhat controlled... I would have rather seen Toy Story myself because I wouldn't have been up late at night because of it. :-P
I can never watch a scary movie in its entirety. My fiance loves them so I insist on seeing them in public, or at home in broad daylight, and preferably he doesn't have to go into the hospital that night either.
I like psychological scary movies, but hollywood is way to into grunge and gore for my taste.
